Xmas Market display
at St Peter’s Church

This year I chose to take part in an indoor market rather than the wonderful, but freezing cold, outdoor market in Coulgate Street. St Peter’s was a relatively warm and relaxing place to exhibit, with cups of tea, sandwiches and mulled wine available.

The Brockley Artist’s Xmas Market was organised by the same intrepid group who run the fantastic Brockley Open Studios in early July each year. There were about 20 artists there exhibiting their goods; from cushions, to etchings, to badges, to earrings, to paintings, to sculptures. Lots to browse and choose your special Christmas presents from.

I displayed a selection of my smaller embossed collages, framed and unframed, along with my cute little Xmas cards, which I love making one by one it’s such fun, I never know quite how they’ll turn out. They were very popular, I nearly sold out!
