Happy Cells Meditation by Candlelight
next Thursday evening
Dear [Salutation]…
This week at the Sunflower class we went across to Hilly Fields where we did some


WALKING MEDITATION and some


CHI KUNG practice in the open air.


We then walked mindfully back to the centre to continue the class indoors.


Those who attended really enjoyed being outside, so we will try to repeat this whenever possible.

No Dulwich class on Weds 3rd December
as I will be at a Governors meeting.
KEEPING WARM
During the winter months do please keep make sure you will be warm during relaxation. Bring an extra pair of socks, a light blanket or an extra jumper. It’s impossible to relax if you are cold!
