Every Wednesday Gill holds a gentle session of mindful movement based in Qigong practice. Let go of tensions in the body and mind and find a sense of inner peace.

Gill has been practising daily meditation since the 1990’s and has been facilitating group sessions since 2008. The sessions include basic mindfulness, Qigong movements and guided visualisations. Participants find the sessions very relaxing and calming.
