For the Brockley Open Studios I presented 3 of my new special embossed pieces in my newly decorated hallway. These were very well received and I’m inspired to do more using this special technique. Each one is a unique one off.

For the Sydenham Artist’s Trail, I exhibited in a delightful new location this year with Mercedes Oakley, glass artist and Liz Pearson a jeweller. Mercedes has deep red walls in her dining room which formed a stunning backdrop for my white pieces, I showed a selection of my white “Happy Cells” paintings on canvas and some of my white embossed paper work such as “Outsiders” (below).

For the High Street Art Gallery event I was offered a space in the window of Well Being, the well established health shop that I love. I’ve actually been shopping there for at least 20 years!! I chose to show one of my white “Happy Cell” pieces as it seemed to fit with the theme of healthy living!
